Thus necessity of ethical framework helps in reducing the ambiguity and also regulate and could able to monitor things much better. Business practices should be unaffected and should follow the standerdised norms as per the ethical framework majorly because of chaning requirement from the market, economy and trade retailosnhip between nations.

Ethical framework provides set of rules and practices which would be easy for every one to follow, the standerdised operating procedures simplify and removes complexities much easier. It also helps in negotiation, understanding and respecting the cultural diversity, conflict management etc.
