1) The behavioral style of communication refers to the influence of personality, beliefs, needs, attitude etc of an individuals Or workforce in the organization on communication process inside the workplace which affects the quality of communication and how the message is perceived by the audience such as customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. In other words the use of individual behavior of employees or workforce while communicating with different parties inside and outside the organization puts a drastic impact on how the message is interpreted refers to the behavioural communication. The Behavioural communication style consists of four distinct types of behaviours affecting communication and it's quality are :

Assertive behavioural style : This includes making use of rationale logic , confidence patience, and compassion during communication to reflect on a strong personality. Individual undertakes an open and relaxed posture; and speaks in a quite pleasant manner stressing on important data thus affecting business communication positively.

Aggressive behavior style : Here communication involves arguments, high pitch tone, defensive attitude and disagreement. The individual is seen rude , extremely bold and arrogant while communicating the message. This can harm the relationships inside the organization and puts bad impact on the client base.

Passive- Aggressive behavior : This involves aggressive behavior of communicator but which is not expressed infront of audience nut us clearly visible through the actions , words ,facial expressions etc. The individual uses sarcasm and criticism to show annoyance and anger. This can be equally dreadful for ensuring long term relationship with parties or clients.

Passive behavioural style : communication here is mundane as the communicator is least confident, is not able to express himself properly, cannot face questions of audience this making communication ineffective and redundant. This communication style will make communication ineffective and mundane.

The Non behavioural style of communication on the other hand is the absence of use of any behavioural aspect of individual in the communication therefore the individual attitude, judgement, personality etc do not have any influence on the communication. For example the robotic speeches, manuscript, etc. which are presented as received. These behavioural and non behavioural communication styles affect the quality of business communication as the behaviours

The effective reinforcement refers to the idea that business is efficiently motivating and convincing its employees to work diligently and maintain commitment through bringing the necessary and required changes in their behavior, attitude and working methods while as the ineffective reinforcement refers to the failed attempt of bringing such changes as the workforce might not adopt the new learnt behaviours. The effective reinforcement attempts to bring desired changes in performance while the ineffective reinforcement does not appeal much to customers and they do not consider it worth changing their behaviour. This effective reinforcement results in improvements and changes while ineffective reinforcement takes work force back to their older behaviours.
