Answer #1

Answer-
Main idea- controlling affects the managerial style in setting up the measurement of actual performance of the employees and then comparing the actual performance with the set standards. After this comparison the feedback is given to the employees in order to enhance their performance in the organization. The controlling function of the management helps in in measuring the progress towards the goals of the organization and measuring any deviation towards the corrective action in order to improve the overall performance of the organization. Controlling also helps the management in in checking the mistakes and telling the management as to how the challenges can be met or faced by the company. The success of the organization always depends on effective controlling because the management always can set the standards of performance but if the performance is deviated from the initial set is standards, the control function of the organization has to take the right action.
Summary- controlling plays an extremely important role in taking the corrective action in order to measure the performance from the deviation and maintaining the performance of the organization on the already set path.
