  • Saves from legal tangle and lawsuit costs
  • Lower labor turnover rate
  • Better employers employee relationships

Limitations :

  • Does not account companies where ethical committes are not setup
  • Misleading ethical practices are practiced
  • Improper framework and lack of communication renders its ineffectiveness
  • Toxic work culture also deter following of ethical rules.
