Context Diagram: In the context diagram, instead of representing all the processes of the system, the only main process is represented so that people can get the context of the system.

Circle: To represent a single process. There can be only one procss i.e one circle in the context diagram
Arrow: to represent data flow
Rectangle: to represent an external entity affecting the process
Data flow Diagram: In any system, the data flow of the system is represented by the data flow diagram.
It has two parts: Logical, Physical.
Logical: It shows the flow of data through a system to perform the functionality of the system
Physical: It describes the structure of logical data flow
