Human resource is important and also exclusive for a company. It is about attaining the right talent and developing and motivating them in the workplace for gaining the objectives of the organisation. In order to attain the human resource strategies, there exist some criteria that needs to be met and those criterias include :

a. A human resource strategy should exactly fit with the organization.

Organizational culture constitutes different kind of people with different beliefs and values. Culture and its differences are also vital for the proper functioning of the organization. A strategy on the basis of human resources should be implemented with respect to the culture which inturn is important for the smooth running of the organization and the strategy should be clear with culture that indeed get fix with the culture and the cultural changes within the organization.

b. Helps to coordinate the functional strategies in human resource

The strategy needs to be decided to be maintained to provide the work force that can execute the strategy of the organization. The functional strategies that are been coordinated include staffing, rewards and developing. Staffing involves the employee recruitment, selection, screening which are performed within an organization in order to fulfill the job requirements.Rewards is associated with giving away any kind of appreciations to an employee on the basis of his/her performance or records over the job. Developing or development is the action through which an organization add value to the company and the employees.

c. Helps to arrange the management policies with the organizational strategies

A successful and goal oriented strategy needs to be executed in the organization. It is important to access the efficiency of adopting an organizational strategy and to estimate whether this strategy promote a competitive advantage to the company. The company needs to understand on how each indivodual should work inorder to attain the organizational objectives.

d. Goal oriented

Human resource strategy should always focus on the objectives to be attained by the organization and also the management function of the organization. It is made inorder to understand well defined and differentiated goals and objectives of any organization.
