Unitarian is the best belief that the management and workforce work together for the good and the welfare of the company it is important to know that the unitarist believe both the management and the employees

Share the same agenda as it is a win - win for all .

Pluralism :

Pluralist thinks that a system should be followed in the interest of the organization Power is spread rather than concentrated in the hands of few. Pluralism gives ample opportunity for employees to voice out their opinions.

On the other hand unitarism believes in the perception of the entire organization as one big family.

In Unitarism work together in the situation of any complexity situation in the organization So they work together and problem solved
