Answer #1

First I will tell them that this is the matter pf the company so we should talk in the company. And the second thing is that the employee is adult and can take his or her decisions so he or she should talk with me if he or she is hav8ing any problem. There is no any matter of interference of the parents.

The rating is given as per the performance of the company and being a reporting manager or employer I know the performance. There are certain points at which the employee performance is judged. The accumulative score at those points is he aggregate rating. So the employee might have missed those points. For an example target is not achieved or any employee is not promoted from his or her team etc.

So this is the matter of an employee and the employer so they should not interfere in that. Rather they should talk with their son or daughter about the same.
