Organizations today are aware that employees are an important stakeholder of the organization along with clients and the organization itself and therefore in order to be successful, employee satisfaction need to be present except which the organization may have difficulties in understanding what the organization actually wants. I believe that the planning phase needs to be incorporated with such plans and provisions for employee happiness or satisfaction, without which it is difficult for the individual to achieve such heights. If the organizational plans is not in sync with the employee happiness aspect, then it is difficult for the organization to motivate employees because employee engagement is an important aspect in today's world of doing business which will help the aspects of business and make it successful as well.
