• There were nine eye injuries in the machine shop. Five were foreign particles in the eye and four were machine oil splashes. All were reported as first aid injuries.
• Six employees in the plating shop were treated for inhalation of solvent vapors. Two resulted in lost workdays, and the others were medical treatment injuries.

1. Since the above mention program require serious medical treatment injuries and the employess get seriouly injured as they have to lost days of works often they require more medical assesment. So, providing a safe and healthful workplace along with the establishing and maintaining a health and safety program these programs have been selected.
