Orientation is a process usually  giving for  new employees vital information about their workspace, Work culture, equipment, pay, other benefits, and the dress code. In this process generally New hires are also introduced to their teammates , which sets them up for success and helps in integrates them into the company culture gradually. The major process of orientation includes

• Preperation of orientation plans
• Inviting new hirees based on the time slots
• Arranging expert tals covering companys culture, HR management, business outlook
• Activities for new hirees to engage and foster the team relationship

The orientation plans should have necessary presentation with visuals, video clips and talsk from leaders . This should cover various aspects of employment with an organization like HR policies, medical policies, work culture. compliance etc. This helps a new employee to understand more on the company which they joined and aligned to the companys work culture .
