(a) Project success depends on the management of a wide array of individuals and groups. Describe a process to manage this wide array of stakeholders, highlighting the challenges that can arise during this process.

Any successful project is depends on the management in individuals and groups. More the perfect management, project is that much closer to the success. Management of stakeholders is one of the crucial task for project manager. For that, firstly the project manager have to identify their stakeholders and research about them for better understanding and co-ordination with them. Hence, as much as manager know their stakeholder the engagement will be that much of helpful. From this one can know that what is stakeholder wants to hear. After this manager have to plan accordingly and have better engagement with stakeholders.Contiously observe to stakeholders for improvements if needed.

The challenges are can arise during this whole process, that the involvement of multiple stakeholders in the project. When in the project there are multiple stakeholders are in a project, management must have to do some negotiation and further discussion with them. If they are lack of proper management of the concerns of stakeholders, it tends towards conflicts as well as controversies regarding the implementation of a the project work.
