The joseph project is an initiative made by the African government to make the current century the african century. The project hold a series of actions, activities and involvements facilitated by ghana to recover and establish the nation which involves the individuals who want to be capable of being powered with the outmost things. The project mainly holds activities involved such as the pilgrimage and healing where the act of pilgrimage is to set up an atmosphere of pilgrimage in ghana so that the tourist could visit the place at least once in a year. The act of healing is that the approach made in a traditional and in a faith form. It help to initiate a process of reconciliation and reapproachment and also enhance a new form of beginning to become right and good. Visits to pilgrims, heritage site and other attractive areas is also promoted by the place where the main objective is to maintain and promote ghana as the main attraction and destination to the tourist and to cultivate opportunity.

Inspite of the spreaded recognition of the overall growth and intensity, the economy in ghana received an attention in the governmental policies of the employment which was not fair. With respect to the field of tourism the social dualism in ghana depicts a form of society in the economy constituting a form and technique dominating it. It involves a differentiation of good and bad, male and female, true and false etc. This is being featured as because tourism is an economic force in ghana which constitutes job creation, foreign exchange earnings and also promote other sectors .
