You can create your own private group for participants and create an exclusive training session for them at Facebook. These groups can be served as a virtual meeting space to enable participants to connect with each other for common learning goals, which can be a powerful aspect of not only a team building of participants but also promote collaborative learning in a group.
You do not have to be friends with other group members at Facebook, you can directly join the group which enables you to discuss different topics, Q&A sessions, share photos, status, emojis, videos, files, etc with other participants in your group.

YouTube is the best social media platform for visual training, if you are unable to conduct face to face or live training sessions. You can create your own training channel at YouTube. It enables you to create various videos on different topics, upload them at your convenient time and share their links with participants. This is quite convenient for working employees or participants those who are not sure about their time and location, such learners can watch the learning related videos from anywhere and at anytime, it gives them a flexibility of learning. YouTube allow it's users to leave a comment, feedback, and ask questions about the videos in the comment section and the person or vlogger who has uploaded the video can get back to them when he or she decides to answer.

You can use a live streaming feature of Facebook live to provide a live video tour of your office to new hires, introduce other colleagues so that they can get a general idea of new workplace environment and explain their first day expectations. Facebook live allows viewers to comment, interact and ask questions to the broadcaster of the live video.
