Why Do People Get Fired?

People get fired for following reasons :

a. Absenteeism : When the employee starts taking frequent leaves or remain abseent at work without informing it can lead to one of the common reason why the employee gets fired, as it creates negative impact at work.

b. Poor performance : When the experienced employee starts giving poor performance for an extended period of time even after training, warning etc. It makes the employee unproductive, reduces overall performance, while makes them unmotivated.

c. Doesn't follow direction : When the employee refuses to follow the direction given by their supervisor, manager creates bad working relationship with them, while makes employee look disrespectful, create clashes with management.
