Real estate licence is hence needed by-

1. Real estate agent-real estate agent works on others behalf to sell or buy property, hence he needs to have a registered licence.

2 . Real state broker also needs to have a registered licence in their own name.

3.Many investors who wants to be member of certain real estate organisation also choose to get licenced.
