For the implications to be true, the management must be the ones that need to take the responsibility for the unrest Pete has. He is 19 years old. People in that age need to be engaged in tasks that bring out the best of their abilities. Stuck in a job where his talents are not appreciated as much as they should be and is what could be the cause of this unrest and no one could essentially be blamed for this, due to the fact that the process that the company employee might just work for some employee and may not be affecting their productivity to a level that it warrants a change in this aspect of managerial action. It is however the duty of the management to create excitement in the employees based on the fulfilment that they might have with achieving their goals, overcoming challenges and essentially allowing them to mature, grow and enjoy the work that would best suit them. Management needs to take into account the individual style, drive and force which they can then utilize to create employee job fulfilment and cause pete to clear his unrest.
