¤The client feels he may not be able to resume is normal activities of a day without pain killers .He might feel this way because he has tried to relieve his pain with medication rather trying for other option in the past two years. The nurse can assess the client to get accurate information by gathering his coping strategies ,beliefs and practice according to his culture,family support ,psychosocial factors.

¤The client has a poor coping skill and will power this can be probably because of his work life which is full of physical stress and strain. This can be overcome by providing client education on different modes of pain relieving techniques ,new life style practice, involvement in daily activities ,participating in social and community groups.,use of social media platforms to share his experience and gain knowledge.
