Ego plays a critical role in any group, organization and even individual relationships that people have not only is ego a factor of conflict, it does not allow a person to come to a good decision for the fact that it inhibits some of the necessary functions of the rationality that a person has that is required in order to best assess a situation. ego , if not kept in check can cause a lot of complications, delays, and conflicts, not just for the team but for the entire business process. Oit is therefore necessary to understand the role ego plays effectively and try to use this for the better presentation of yourself in the future.

An organization needs open communications. It is necessary that all the proper channels are built and maintained and also intermediated in order to allow everybody to be able to effectively communicate all the processes they can. It can be seen that businesses that have a established communication network both internally and externally performs better in terms of employee cooperation and event management becomes an easier task.

Leaders need to set examples when it comes to the duties they perform. They need to be strict but firm, reassuring but criticizing and at the same time motivating in order to allow the employees to understand the difference between good and bad performance. This is true in situations such as productive conflicts which essentially allow a team to try to perform better than the other in order to gain the benefits/ satisfactions of their actions. Not only that, a leader needs to know when a conflict is unproductive to the business and should manage it effectively in the sense that it does not affect any aspect of the process and the best way possible can be realized.
