A supply chain, especially in a global business situation should be agile and flexible to changes which is especially relevant in global scenarios due to the presence of daily factors of changes such as country laws, currency rise and drops and essentially any other factor that is uncontrollable or could be influenced by the business itself. It needs to be better scheduled, efficient in the sense of technological integration and structural use and therefore, create a process in which there is effective mitigation of taxes, laws, customs duties and proper management of sales, purchase and procurement of raw materials in the time of crisis.
