The finance teams are responsible for ensuring correct financial data. They may also be responsible for managing cash and accounts payable. Financial team is responsible for establishing internal controls of the company and reviewing invoices and ageing of accounts receivables. Finance teams also work closely with internal auditors and tax Accountants and provide data of the complete organisation to them. Then perform data analysis and are responsible for assessing every financial decision made by the other departments of the organisation. Finally a finance team is responsible for reporting the numbers from all other departments and the Organisation as a whole.
