Organization structure creates different level of communication into company and the way structure is managed impact the productivity of company. Different ideas from the employees can create a sense of success in organization as input of employees can truly increase the productivity of company as employee knows the organization and behavior of employee better than anyone. If the structure of company is not well managed than the decision of manager would impact wrongly in organization. When the structure is created well than the information like vision and mission of organization can be passed very much effectively and information can be reached to every level, flaws in structure will breakdown the communication and there will be lack of efficiency in organization. Management and all level of organization could not well connected through each other.
