1) Respect other culture and respect your own culture. In conversation to keep in mind not to find any drawbacks of any particular culture.

2) Try to see a human being, a person beyond any culture or religion, a person may talk about nature, behaviour etc instead pointimg towards culture.

3) Conversation based upon ideas, technology, general important things donot lead any culture to interfere. Hence a any industrial organization is at sucess as people of various cultures come togther and speak beyond reigious factors, their aim is any technology and not any religion.
