Project Mission:- This is mainly related to the feasibility decisions. For any project to be successful, it is very important that all the objectives and mission or goals of the project must be understood clearly not only by the project team members but also by the different departments going to be involved.

Top Management support:- For the accomplishment of goals of the project, support from the top management is quite significant. Without the support of top management, the level of client’s approval will also be hampered.

Project Schedule:- The project schedule must include the detailed plan of implementation stages. Project schedule can be seen as the extent by which the manpower, milestones, time schedule are accomplished.

Client Consultation:- For any project to be successful, it is important that all the considerations of the clients are included and fulfilled in the project. Thus it will require the consultation from the client at each stage of the project.

Personnel Issues:- These are mainly related to recruitment, selection and training of project team. The success of any project depends on the type of manpower involved in the project
