Following are the factors which might lead to project success or failure. If done properly they lead to success and if not done effectively, it will ruin the project altogether. They are:-

1) Defining Project scope.

2) Risk Management

3) Qualifications of project manager(knowledgeable or not)

4) Communication between members.

5) Leadership

6) Tracking of all requirements.

7) Tracking of progress

8) Presence of efficient staff.

9) Detailing of project plans

10) Strategies(effective or ineffective)
