Five types of evidence gathered are-
1. through prior information - Information could be gathered through prior collection of facts and proactively.
2. Evidence through questioning- Evidence during a fraud investigation could be gathered by questioning to the persons involved in the act and related parties
3.Evidence through observation - Evidence could be gathered through observation which could be onspot or offspot.
4. Evidence through peer questioning and self examination- Various evidence could be gathered by discussion to peers and thinking deeply over circumstances and practically framing them.
5. Prima facie evidence could be most common which is identified without much examination as it is as it is.
