1. Given reward to their employees , to empower th employee manager need to give award to the employee which help employee continue to feel empowered.

2. Developing competency-----the employee must be competent. employee must be properly trained.

3. Delegating task------start delegating task to them and make them aware that its up to them to get the job done.
