The incident that took place at Chipotle in 2015 is the issue where they found out that pigs that were sourced from one of their supplier were put through adverse conditions. This was found out during a routine audit. This was a conflict for Chipotle as it violated their mission statement which is food with integrity in the sense that it involved itself with putting up efforts in order to highlight its efforts of using organic ingredients to use in raining meat more naturally than any other firm in their business market and their competitors. And following that, Chipotle decided to serve their food which only had NON-GMO ingredients.
