Can the core competencies of Human resource management change? Why?
I don’t think that the core competencies of Human resource management can’t change. And the reason being is that there are few core competencies of Human resource management which are mandatory and being necessary to fulfill the job. Such core competencies include negotiation skills, good communication skills, job knowledge, qualified recruitment and effective training. Few other core competencies can be added in future, but these core competencies which already exist can’t be changed.
