1) Improve heart health

These fatty acids are good for the heart because they lower the harmful fatty acids and thus reduce the risk of heart disease.

2) omega 6 helps in lowering the cholesterol levels and also the blood pressure

3) It has anti-inflammatory action, so used in Inflamatory diseases like inflammatry bowel disease., arthritis, thus relieving inflammation.

4) The omega 3 fatty acids protect body against diseases like Alzheimer's , Parkinson's ,psoriasis and dimentia.

5) Omega 3 fatty acid present in fish oil cause increase in serotonin level ,thus causing help in fighting depression.

6) It boosts the memory of brain.

7) It also helps in in joint pain and in cancer.
