1. The chief of staff in a hospital in US, is the primary leader of staff and all departments (medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology etc).
- The chief of staff provide leadership and guidance to the staff.

2. The chief of staff works as a mediator between staff member and board of medical.
-The chief have to report ti the board about what's going on situation,it maintain healthy relationship and services.

3. Chief of staff and hospital president should maintain a healthy relationship because it is important for continuation of services.
- To be focused on logistics, scheduling, and expense processing—things that require a very strong relationships.
