One of the most important stressor for me is my exams and assignments for which I have made a daily, weekly, monthly and term wise organiser that helps me in touch with the programmes and timely completion. The second biggest stressor is my financial management which I handle it by not spending the money lavishly and buy only the necessary items and saving on the luxury items. The third most stressor is my engagement with my friends. I try to avoid lots of party time thus keeping myself away. I engage myself in physical exercise which helps me refresh myself and gives me a reason to avoid party times with more alcohol influence. Apart from these regular coping strategies, I also motivate myself through self-talk and keep reminding me about the importance of sticking to the plan.
