you are going to construct an employee policy on cell phone use, social media, and personal activity on the internet. Most healthcare organizations have strict policies prohibiting employees from these activities when at work. You are also going to state what the consequences are if the policy is violated.

  • In case of an emergency situation family members can call the office number for connecting with the person.
  • The cellphones shoukd be kept away or in the office drawyer snd only during lunch or break its allowed.
