1.APNS has to face numerous challenges from with their domain and other external challenges.One of the major challenge APN has to face is the continued supremacy of physicians over the nurses which prevents them from acess to independent care .This will result in APN being under the supervision of physicians result in control of their practice.The other challenges which hinders the APN practice are state laws,federal policies ,institutional cultures and practice.APN sshould be able to work to the fullest within their scope of practice as it has been proven that the APN could provide high quality care with better patient outcomes.
