CHALLENGES FACED BY COCA COLA IN 2011-

1) COMPETITION- Coca cola faced extreme levels of competition from its rival Pepsi. Surveys showed that consumers preferred drinking Pepsi over coca cola.

2) SUGAR- Sugar was considered the biggest enemy. It was the root cause of various diseases. Coca cola had to come out with an alternative for the same.

3) DIET - People were diet conscious. Coca cola was required to change its formula for manufacturing to better suit with people's diet.

4) NO-UNIFORMITY- Various types and designs of Coca cola bottles were sold in the market with no uniformity among them. Coca cola was required to come up with a unique design for itself.
