-A nurse has to act as a caregiver, communicator and a teacher among others.
-Most of the people do not appreciate the real nature of the responsibilities of a nurse.
- In their eyes, nurses are those who merely administers a shot at the hospital.
- Nurses are considered as doctor assistant.

BARRIERS IN NURSING:-
1. Organizations:- hospitals nowadays provide limited support for the nurses to perform their role.
2. Nurses themselves:- most numbers of nurses have inadequate skills and knowledge to perform their role.
3. Nurse scholar:-Many nursing researchers nowadays published articles that do not benefit nurse practitioners because they are about research not practice.
4. Almost all of the nurses believed that physicians leading was the most important factor that produced obstacles to advocacy.
