Health care marketing means, communicating, delivering health related information to audience. Lack of time and lack of budget are the barriers in healthcare marketing. But healthcare marketing professionals have complex work , in that they want give information to public.while dealing with older audience, there us a chance for non effective communication. The main barriers are

Physical barriers: if they have any physical illness, then it can effect in marketing. Eg. Hearing loss

Perceptual barrier:If the audience perceving in a different manner, which not mean by the professionals, then it would because barrier.

Cultural barrier: cultural practices of Audience will affect the understanding process.

Lack of education: if the old age, illiterated most if the medical words can't understand.

Taste difference: compare to younger people, they have varsity taste, that will affect the communication between heathcare marketing professionals and old audience.

Use of language: difficult language could not understand for them.

Complex communication: the professional can't use more complex talk, because the old audience can't understand that proper.

Time: communication with old audience needs more time, because explanations needed more.
