ACUPUNCTURE

definition:

Acupuncture is the procedure in which inserting needles into the superficial skin,subcutaneous tissues,and muscles,to reduce pain or induce anaesthesia.

Mainly used techniques are:

Moxibustion: mainly used to warm and invigorate the blood , expel wind and disperse cold and dissolve stagnation.

Cupping:in which, placing several glass or plastic cup on the body.

Fleshy sites on the body like back and stomach are preffered sites.

Acupuncture helps to stabilize mood by treating hormone imbalance symptoms.

Acupuncture treats the symptoms such as anger, anxiety and stress, by balancing the subtle energies within the body naturally. Acupuncture increases endorphins, dopamine, and norepinephrine, which results in positive mood state.
