Answer #1

Progressive relaxation is a technique to reduce anxiety in all the major muscle groups. You should do it at least 3-4 times a week to relax. The steps included In progressive muscle relaxation are breathed in and breathe out. Basically, when you breathe in, you tense a group of muscles, and when you breathe out you relax them. This is actually really simple, when your body is physically relaxed, you cannot feel anxious.

This technique is very helpful as this will-

1- Lowered your high BP.

2- make you feel very relaxed.

3- decreased muscle tension
