As a patient, we all would like to be a recipient of quality health care. Medication reconciliation is the process of creating the most accurate list possible of all medications taken. In your own words, how would you demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, recognizing cultural and group diversity and individual needs.

We can demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, recognizing cultural and group diversity and individual needs by being sensitive to their norms, beliefs, and cultures. We should try to be patient and have knowledge of the religious and cultural beliefs of the person by talking to the person individually and reading about them. Using a translator were required in case of a language barrier is also a useful way. All these efforts will the confidence of the client and he or she will lend an attentive ear to the suggestions without feeling offended.
