Limitation of interruptions during medication administration is a quality initiative in healthcare which leads to improved patient outcomes especially the safety of the patients. Medication administration is a complex and most important process which facilitates improved quality of care in a timely manner. It also provides sufficient time to carefully educate or teach the patients and the family ,the right method and time of administration of drug in a detailed manner.
