The elements of human biology includes an individual's genetic inheritance and the process of maturation and aging as well as complex network of structures and systems compose the human body.we inherit our physical structure,skin texture,and pigmentation through the genes we receive from our parents.A number if specific diseases are known to passed down through families, for example hemophilia.The more common diseases of diabetes also an inherited component .

The process of maturation and aging also affect individual's health in many ways.During the period if growth ,for example the bones or other structures may not develop as they should and disturbances may occur in the functioning. Emotional problems frequently result from the psychological stresses on an individual as he moves from childhood to adulthood ,to parenthood,to Middle-age,and then to old age.
