Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine are one of the oldest system of medicine.Ayurveda helps people to unite with nature by acquiring a healthy body,mind and spirit.Prana or life force is believed to be moving through chakras or various body centers.Ayurveda uses herbs,fasting,yoga, meditation,massages and various other techniques to restore and maintain the dynamic flow of this force.

According to Chinese medicine, Health is the result of balancing yin and yang opposite forces that should remain stable and equal to main qi or chi or life energy force.

Forces that changes this force by depleting it can cause ilnesses.Treatments like acupuncture,massage, exercises and herbal treatment are the various techniques used to restore qi.
