Answer #1

Electrolyte that helps in muscle contraction is:

CALCIUM - Calcium ions play on important role in muscle contraction by creating an interaction between the proteins, myosin and actin. The calcium ions bind to the C component of the actin filament, which exposes the binding site for the myosin head to bind, inorder to stimulate muscle contraction.

Who is at more risk for dehydration?
