The ans is all of the above. The chance that an particular person will develop cancer depends on particular genetic factor mainly... Environmental factor , diet, lifestyle will just stimulate the condition make the person more prone to develop cancer. If a person has family history of cancer then the person will carry the gene may be in dominated form or recessive form, environmental fator just stimulate this genetic factor. Genetic factor are stimulated by environmental condition and diet. For eg environmental pollution and occupation hazard stimulted lung cancer.

Food contain more preservative and fush meat which preserved for long time develop carcinogenic compound.. This food will cause cance. If a person live in healthy environment and taking, fresh food, doing meditation and living a physicall mentally socially healthy environment then chance cancer will be depleted.
