12.organizational structure is the organizational variables that affects human behavior at work.Organizational structure is basically concerned with proper division of authority,responsibilities and providing proper supervision for attainment of organizational goal.It helps to work together as a team by integrating individual efforts.There are some common structures that are found in an organization like functional,divisional and matrix.
