Answer: While providing care, it is important that the client should get appropriate care and treatment. So, the healthcare providers needs to understand the requirements of the client. For the culturally diverse client, sometimes it becomes necessary for the healthcare providers or caretaker to seek assistance. By providing cultural competence environment to the client, the client can feel more relaxed and comfort. This also enables the client to recover soon. The assistance can be taken from anyone, for the cultural values information, client's family can provide better information. Hence the assistance and guidance from the client's family regarding the traditional values, ethical concerns etc can be gained. The cultural competence environment led the patient feel more comfortable and enable him to discuss his issues. It also removes the barrier of miscommunication and hence elevates the quality of the treatment.
