It was the time when the client came with a patient and the doctor was not available. Understanding the situation, I was really calm and also tried to calm the client as the doctor was in its way to the centre.

The skills that were necessary to maintain a professional, caring, therapeutic relationship are-

1- Good communication skills

2- Calm and sharp mind

3- Quick responding and caring personality.

We can best communicate with this client by using our good communication skill, sharp mind and listening and explaining them the situation calmly.

We can learn the following things from this-

1- It is not necessary that every client is good.

2- We should know how to handle these types of clients.

3- The importance of good communication skills.
