The power of nursing means the ability or capacity to achieve desired goals.
The nursing helps every nurse to develop their skills and knowledge , personal development etc.
Through nursing education the nurse will acquire adequate knowledge by learning and practicing and by previous experiences.
Through continuous practice she will become a skilled nurse or an expert in her profession.
Every institutions will provide adequate facilities to train their nurses to attain effective outcomes
A standard quality client care is needed to attain the goals.
The nurses are fully empowered leaders.

For example. :- A new nurse joined in a hospital. she is not having any previous experience.
