Transactional leaders work towards the progress of day to day goals and to achieve it whereas, transformational leaders work to motivate the employees to acheive the company's vision in future. Both are essential for a firm to be a successful one.

Yes! Transformation leaders are trustworthy, have dedication and respect towards the employees and employees believe them to share their problems and get solutions. They always motivate the employee and thus employee finds a new innovative way to deal their problems. This type of leadership promotes mental wll being of employee and provides job satisfaction.
